Kimberly's Best Gougeres

Step 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add milk, water, and salt.

Step 3. Bring to a boil and add flour, constantly stirring until everything is incorporated, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Take the dough out of the pan and let cool.

Step 4. Place the dough in an electric stand mixer with a paddle attachment, set speed to medium, and—one at a time—add the eggs. Add 3 ounces of Kimberly’s Best goat cheese crumbles.

Step 5. Once the dough is mixed, scoop mounds of dough (one tablespoon each) onto a baking sheet, spaced an equal distance apart (about an inch), and bake for 8 minutes. Rotate the pan and bake for 5 more minutes. Grab the remaining Kimberly’s Best goat cheese crumbles and sprinkle on top. Bake until the cheese is melted (around an additional 2 minutes).

Step 6. Serve warm!
