Kimberly's Best Crispy Pear and Goat Cheese Rolls

Goat Cheese Rolls!

45 minutes


Preheat oven to 350

Peel pears

Saute in 1T. butter until carmelized about 5 minutes

Remove from pan, reserve with any juice

Chop Pistachio’s

Add honey and mix well

Place phyllo sheets on work surface and fold ends and sides back 1”

Brush melted butter on 1” ends and sides

Pull back sides of phyllo

Divide pears and Goat Cheese between phyllo sheets

Fold sides back to encapsulate pears and Goat Cheese

Roll up phyllo and brush with remaining melted butter

Place on sheet pan lined with parchment paper

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Drizzle with honey

Slice rolls in half
