Kimberly’s Best Feta and Corn Salad

Melt butter in large frying pan and add olive oil. Add corn (if using fresh onion add with the corn) that has been cut off the cob and sauté for 2 minutes. If using dehydrated onion add at this point, diced roasted jalapeno and Anaheim pepper (seeds removed) and sauté for an additional 2 minutes. Removed pan from the stove and add cilantro and Kimberly’s Best Crumbled Feta Cheese and stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or cold. As a side dish or as a dip with your favorite chips or crackers.
